I deeply believe that the medicine our world needs is self-connected human beings deeply in love with themselves.
Burnout is too commonplace and a sign of being “lost” in life… It certainly was for me! I didn’t believe I was inherently worthy. I believed I needed to prove my value through my productivity. My metrics for success were all screwed up and based on external validation.
My own journey (and the transformational journeys I have taken my 1:1 clients on) reflect this: you cannot create from an empty tank… first you have to fill your tank to create and conquer your world!
We all have so much unique beauty to offer and deserve to do so from a place of overflow.

I used to be a perpetually exhausted, full-on hustlin’ boss b*tch - I even landed in the hospital burned the eff out. That way of being cost me friendships and my previous company. I projected a confidence I didn’t actually embody and “stress” used to be my middle name.

What is “burnout”? How do I know if I’m burned out?
Burnout is a physical and mental state of exhaustion caused by prolonged stress on your body.
Our nervous system is not designed to sustain the constant adrenaline of the hustle-bustle lifestyle that most modern humans live. Eventually, you will burnout and feel drained, exhausted, helpless, defeated and trapped our deeply unhappy.

When does B3 kick off? When are group calls?
We will begin in mid-January with our first call on Wednesday 11 January so that YOU can start 2023 with a commitment to becoming your best self - shifting into THRIVE mode and leaving survival mode in the past.
Call times will be scheduled precisely closer to the date and balance CST and GMT timezones for all participants to attend live as frequently as possible.
